We are pleased to announce that our Group Managing Partner, Peter Doraisamy, has been appointed as an Arbitrator on the panel of the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC).
The Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC) is an international arbitration institution based in Hainan, China, dedicated to resolving cross-border commercial disputes and supporting the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port. HIAC administers arbitration and related dispute resolution services for international and domestic commercial matters.
Peter’s appointment reflects his extensive experience in international arbitration and complex commercial matters, as well as his continued contribution to the development of dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions.
This appointment adds to Peter’s growing list of international arbitral and mediation panel positions and further strengthens PDLegal’s commitment to supporting clients in cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration.
