Pumpumm is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on various legal areas, including corporate and securities, onshore and offshore structuring, and acquisitions.
He is a specialist in foreign investment matters, guiding clients on their business structuring, obtaining operating licenses such as foreign business license and BOI promotions. His expertise extends to handling commercial arrangements such as joint ventures, designing policies for diverse industries in respect of regulatory compliance and corporate governance, and handling various licensing matters.
Prior to joining PDLegal, Pumpumm practiced with a renowned Big Four company. He graduated from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
